1. Service Description
PearlStore is an independent reseller of Bantyr pearls. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bantyr in any way. Bantyr is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are the authorized user of the crypto wallet used. All prices are listed in USD and converted to crypto at the time of payment.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver pearls within 1–3 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary. You must provide your accurate Bantyr username at checkout — we are not responsible for delivery to incorrect accounts.
4. Refund Policy
If pearls are not delivered within 24 hours of payment verification, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in crypto. No refunds are issued for completed deliveries.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use PearlStore for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent.
6. Limitation of Liability
PearlStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
