We use your information solely to process and fulfill your pearl orders, send order confirmation and delivery emails, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to process payments.

4. Data Retention
We retain order records for up to 90 days for customer support purposes. Email addresses are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order and provide support.

We use NOWPayments for payment processing and Resend for transactional emails. Both services have their own privacy policies. We use Supabase for secure data storage.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is stored securely and payment processing is handled entirely by NOWPayments — we never store payment credentials.
